Resolve Error C000 Printer Canon iX6500

I recently experienced the error printer where on the screen appear error code c000. Annoyed, too, even though the new tasty print important documents who've awaited. Trying to press the Resume multiple times to no avail and also RESUME indicator is still flashing. Then I try the following steps:
The main causes may be due to:

1. When recharge ink tanks, the printer head is depressed or stuck up something.
2. Infusion hose stuck up or are there things that Scotch head printer.
3. If this occurs, turn off the printer and unplug the cord and then get rid of the first cause.try to turn it on again

If the steps above did not work try the following steps:

1. Turn off printer first and then unplug the power cable.
2. Hold down the POWER button while you plug in power cable
3. Press RESUME twice (2 x) while holding the power button
4. Release the power button
